Apple Standard EULA
SnapAgenda's iOS application is provided by Lavitatech LLC, which operates the SnapAgenda brand, and is licensed, not sold. Unless Lavitatech LLC and the user enter into another valid end-user license agreement for the licensed application, use of SnapAgenda is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
