Privacy Policy

How SnapAgenda handles account information, captured content, event information, calendar access, sharing, and related data.

Effective September 12, 2026 Lavitatech LLC · SnapAgenda

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Lavitatech LLC, which operates the SnapAgenda brand (“SnapAgenda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use SnapAgenda's mobile application, websites, calendar tools, support channels, and related services.

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication information

We may collect information used to create and secure your account, including your name, email address, authentication provider information, account identifiers, and related authentication metadata.

Captured and uploaded content

When you choose to capture or upload a photograph, screenshot, flyer, invitation, agenda, meeting note, document, or other image, SnapAgenda processes that content to provide the feature you requested.

The content may contain information about you or other people. You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate basis to submit the content.

Event and agenda information

We may process or store event information such as titles, dates, times, locations, notes, descriptions, all-day status, calendar identifiers, creation dates, and other information needed to create or organize events.

Calendar information and permissions

If you grant calendar permission, SnapAgenda may interact with supported calendar functionality to perform actions you request, such as creating or associating an event with your calendar.

Calendar permissions are controlled through your device or applicable calendar provider.

Sharing and invitation information

Where sharing or invitation features are available, we may process information necessary to create, send, receive, or manage calendar invitations, shared agendas, participants, or related communications.

Device and technical information

We may collect technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the Services, such as app version, device type, operating-system information, request metadata, diagnostic information, security signals, and service-performance data.

Support communications

If you contact support, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, attachments, and information necessary to investigate or respond to your request.

3. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you, from your interaction with the Services, from your device when you grant permission, and from technology providers that help us provide authentication, cloud, processing, calendar, security, or other functionality.

4. How we use information

5. Automated processing

SnapAgenda may use automated technology to interpret content you submit and generate suggested calendar information.

Content submitted for these features may be transmitted to service providers that perform infrastructure or automated processing functions on our behalf.

Automated processing may produce incorrect or incomplete results. Users should review generated information before saving or sharing it.

6. How we disclose information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Service providers

We may provide information to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, including authentication, cloud hosting, databases, storage, automated processing, security, analytics, diagnostics, and customer support.

Recipients you choose

If you choose to share an event, invitation, agenda, or other information with another person, we may disclose the information necessary to carry out your request.

Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, lawful process, security needs, fraud prevention, protection of rights or safety, enforcement of our agreements, or establishment or defense of legal claims.

Business transfers

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

With your direction or consent

We may disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so.

7. Calendar access

SnapAgenda requests calendar access only when necessary for calendar functionality that requires permission. You may deny or later revoke calendar permission through your device settings.

Revoking permission may prevent calendar-related functionality from operating but does not necessarily delete information already stored independently by a calendar provider.

8. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain account and event functionality, protect security, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business operations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the feature involved. Limited copies may remain in backups for a reasonable period before being overwritten.

9. Account and data deletion

Where available, you may initiate account deletion through the SnapAgenda account area.

When a valid deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify information associated with the account that we are not required or permitted to retain for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes.

Deleting a SnapAgenda account may not delete an event already written to an independent calendar service or copies that you previously shared with another person.

Privacy or deletion questions may be sent to support@lavitatech.com .

10. Your choices

11. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information regarding categories of personal information and disclosures.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a legally protected privacy right.

Submit privacy requests to support@lavitatech.com .

12. Children's privacy

SnapAgenda is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required authorization.

If we learn that information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we may take steps to delete it.

13. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Sensitive information

SnapAgenda is designed for scheduling and organizational use. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested calendar function.

Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card numbers, or other security credentials through SnapAgenda.

15. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where SnapAgenda or its service providers operate. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms are used for cross-border processing.

16. Third-party services

Authentication providers, calendar providers, cloud providers, operating systems, and other external services have their own terms and privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not control an independent third party's processing outside SnapAgenda.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, information practices, legal obligations, or security practices. The updated version will identify a revised effective date and additional notice will be provided when required.
